Big Slob 0 Posted November 1, 2008 Arrogant pr1ck, doesn''t even have the decency to tell the fans anything after the game, can''t stand him, like somebody said on canary call he''s a control freak, and hates any body with flair e.g huckerby, hoolahan, the sooner he goes the better. alex_ncfc 686 Posted November 1, 2008 Agreed, the fact we never get a post match interview from him just sums up the man''s arrogance.I''m surprised he hasn''t banned/had sacked most of the local media yet, and who would be shocked if he stopped Hucks from coming to watch NCFC?I, for one, wouldn''t be, such is the man''s attitude. He seems to think he can command some sort of massive respect, he has that Fergie aura about him in that way but what he doesn''t seem to understand that he''s never achieved sod all in his managerial career to warrant this. Maybe if he wasn''t such a control freak he might see some success.
Big Slob 0 Posted November 1, 2008 Yer, i think he likes to think he''s bigger and better than Huckerby, but like most things, he''s wrong
steve b 0 Posted November 1, 2008 I text in radio norfolk to say Hux is back at the game next week and said enjoy the atmosphere Glen Roeder, wouldn''t worry though alex Roeder definitely doesn''t have the authority to stop Hux from attending games, would bet he wont have him training with the squad though as he said he''d be welcome to. Yeah it might be a bit embarrassing for Hucks but it would show Roeder and the board what we think of them and our current squad. And before anyone levels a "what good will that do the team!" comment, sod the team, they''re shite when we''re getting hoarse from cheering them on, I can''t see how things could be any worse. Erik the Viking 0 Posted November 1, 2008 I felt Roeder could have been a good manager for this club with his contacts in the game etc but he is fast disappearing up his own backside!, this club is at a new modern day low and he has''nt even the decency to do a press conference for the fans after another shambolic display that we were lucky to get away with a 2-0 defeat - how to win fans, not!!!His treatment of Hucks was a disgrace and the changing of the team week in week out is not achieving anything. The way he seems to alienate players on a regular basis is very concering also especially players that he has signed?!?!.The results are not good enough granted he has not much money but with some of the players we have we should be achieving more than we currently are, Glenn you have made mistakes and when that is the case you should be big enough to admit them and then move forward!. Grateful for what you achieved last season but this season is not good enough!
can u sit down please 0 Posted November 1, 2008 FFS! I would rather him be bollocking the players in the dressing room rather than pushing it aside for an interview with Chris Goreham! What are you people on?! Some are absolutely clueless! Whats the answer? Sack him? Pay him off, new manager brings players in with what? Straw?Changes need to happen at the top. He has had pennies to spend and to get players like Stefanovic, Kennedy, Bertrand, Clingan, Lita, Bell, Omozusi, Lupoli and hoolahan in is nothing short of a miracle!Yes some are loans but its because we have no dough! Yes some dont play but if they are having a dip in form why persevere with them? he actually has the balls to not play people he brought it. It would be easy for him to play them.Get a reality check!Im not a yes man, im not happy with the state of the club but what can we do? If your unhappy with it, then one of you should have the balls to do something about it and not hide behind your computer!A route planner can be found at www.rac.co.uk for those of you that need it!Im not one to moan but rant over! Or am I just being cynical?

can u sit down please 0 Posted November 1, 2008 We all laugh at the managerial merry go round at Newcastle and Spurs saying "they should ave given him time" and here we are wanting it to happen to us!Yes the table doesnt read well but i will bet £100 with anyone (money going to FONCY) that we wont go down!
Big Slob 0 Posted November 1, 2008 I dont think we will go down, but a club our size with our fan base should''nt even be near the relegation zone at all let alone be in it (pretty much)

They appear to be getting off the hook with the blame being put onto Roeder. What a bunch of mugs some of you posters are.! We are where we are because of one simple reason - THE NCFC BOARD! steve b 0 Posted November 1, 2008 wouldn''t really call myself a mug, the NCFC board are to blame in this but we cant actually remove them, they''ll go when someone buys the club, but in the meantime they can get rid ot Roeder and get someone in to lift the players and get us out of the mess.
