NO Worry Be Happy!!!

Recommended Posts

I have come to the concluesion for why we are playing so badly.

We are dropping behind for a more dramatic victory...... We are showing bits and pieces of are full intent, Wolves Birmingham, but so we don''t embaress the rest of the league by white washing everyone, we are giving it a bit of time before we start the demolishison with a unbroken run leading to us winnign the league.

The board have just been lieing to us saying we have no money, in january we will sign Iverson, Lita and a few more stars of the future. And it will turn out Cullum has been on the board all the time just not as the top dog.

iam not Delia, i was just trying to get peoples hopes up, in such a soleam time.

Or is that not allowed

And good on you Belaugh!!! You can be as happy and pretend that everything in the garden is rosy if you like,i think most people are past that stage and can see the club is in trouble and have had a gut full of trying to keep happy and being positive is not the way forward any more.

Or i haven''t i know were in the **** but i just see things a bit more positivily, or is that not allowed as well.

I do believe we will win tomorrow, as we play much better at home and seem to ground out results.

If you are happy seeing our once great club playing better at home and grinding out results, then I am happy for you. For the club I am not.

If you are happy being positive, good for you, I prefer to see things as they really are. This club is in decline, it''s in real trouble. We are, for the second season, facing a relegation battle, are broke and from top to bottom are led by the incompetent and the clueless.

If you can genuinely give city supporters any reasons to be happy - relating to the team performance, the current league position, the stance of the Board of Directors, then please feel free to do so.

Just telling us to be happy is fine, most of us will be there supporting the team (as we have done for many years) but to say be happy about it. ARRRRRGGGGHHHH. Give us a very good reason for your optimism. Where do you think we will end up at the end of the season? How many more dire away fixtures can most of us stomach? How many more platitudes and patronising guff can we take from the Board? How many more loans are we allowed? How more players to be sidelined and confused?

Belaugh, we are in such a mess. Optimism is a rare and elusive commodity at NCFC. Our great club is in tatters and the only thing I am truly optimistic about is the very small ray of hope that someone out there wishes to buy out the current majority shareholder and invest some real money into the team.

Well someone at my work got a email from SEAT saying that Norwich City and Towergate had teamed up to bring something to something, which i thought was interesting due to castlegate being Cullems business (I might be wrong though)

But i alwasy have been optimistic, whats the point in being depressed all the time. Iam not a follower of Delia and hoep we do get some new investment into the club, but i do believe that roader has done well with the money he has got and if he does get more money we might just well see a team of are oewn.

I know i have not support the club as long as others on here, but i do believe that we can win 3 of the next 4 games. And i think playing away is harder than playing at home as you don''t have 24 odd fans cheering you on, so we might not get many away wins, But what we are doing is picking up points at home. Correct me if i am wrong but we have won 3 Drawn 3 and lost two at home, which isnt a disaster.

Trouble is though BY those draws are not enough, getting 1 point here and there is relegation material.

I have tried to be positive, however I am also a realist, and I am fed up to the back teeth of our board saying nothing.

I admire your positivity about the team, but myself after over 20+ years supporting, (the past 3 being dire), and my other half for over 40+ years, and other fans for much longer than us, you come to a point when you don''t have it in you anymore, you reach your breaking point.

We have reached ours, just as other fans have too.

It''s very sad and emotionally draining to watch the club we love deteriorating before your eyes.

But at least we have a club, look at Wimbeldon and at Grenta, they now don''t exsited or if they do they are in a lower down league of the conferance.

And all teasm go through bad patches, Look at Leeds, once fighting for champions league places they are not fighting for promotion to teh chamipionship, if you look at things it could be so much worse.

I like being optimistic i love this club and want to see them succeed but i also don''t want them to go into obsrurity (Spelling??) We will one day be back to are old selfs its just a storm at the moment that we need to hold out agaisnt that i think we will when the sea settle sand we look out over the damage, we will see that Norwich City Still stands and will be able to push on again, for better.

Belaugh, I too have heard numerous rumours re investment, including two saying we will hear news about an investment just before the AGM. The reality is until that is made official, it''s just rumour, however optimistic we may want to be.

Remarkably, the rest of my life away from the current state of our club is extremely positive and optimistic. I think most of us would say that. The most maddening aspects of supporting City at the moment is feeling powerless to do anything to make it better and affect some change. Frustration over continuing failure wears you down eventually.

Regarding the home form, sorry but it has to improve to convince me we are really any improvement over last year. We may have a few more points, but too many what ifs to my way of thinking. What if the loans all go back and can''t be replaced by similar or better players. We are living on our nerves and that is reflected in the players'' performances. Can you see much confidence and optimism in them?

I always strangely enough hope we can win every game. Of course we can hope. But sadly, reality kicks in. Home games alone won''t save us. It''s away where we need to pick up both performances and results.

Yes we have a club to support, but my issues aren''t with other clubs, they hold no place in my heart like NCFC does, with all due respect.

All teams do go through bad patches, but NC has gone through 3 years of bad patches, and as much as you dress it up, it''s not good.  You state that things could be much worse, really?  Well maybe they will get worse, who knows, maybe there is a white knight on a charger waiting with millions and millions to save this club from the 3rd division of English football!  Or maybe the team will go on a winning streak and we will be mid table, but that''s only papering up the cracks, just like the win over Wolves.

Don''t you think we all want NCFC to succeed, be challenging with our OWN players?  Fighting our way up the table, instead of dropping our way down.

Fans are hurt and emotionally worn out with NCFC as it stands right now.

Tell me what''s positive about having so many loans?  Mr Doom coming out and telling us there will be no money for January transfers?  The club is running at a loss, and some fans think everything is rosey in the CR garden.

I give up trying to explain now, I haven''t got the emotional energy nor the will.

This is hilarious!  If you read from the start, you can tell BY is drinking and not able to hold his alcohol all that well as each progressive comment gets more and more fumbled, misspelled, side-tracked and everything else that happens to people when they get drunk.

Smudger, I think you just wasted a few irretrievable minutes of your life commenting to someon who is likely passed out, but if he isn''t, will have no recollection of this discussion tomorrow.  But what the hell, it''s Friday (or Saturday early AM in your time zone)!
