can u sit down please 0 Posted March 3, 2008 Bearing in mind what type of team Watford are, would any of you go 5-4-1 tomorrow night or even 4-5-1? I think on paper both of these look the best options and i for one would be delighted with a point tomorro!5-4-1MarshallSemmy Pearce Doc Shacks CamaraCroft Russell Fozzy BertrandDublin 4-5-1MarshallSemmy Pearce Doc CamaraCroft Russell Fozzy Pattison BertrandDublinPersonally i would go with 451 which when attacking is 433. It would be harsh on Pattison to miss out and his "tiger-ish" approach will be much needed with the physical Watford style. The 2 wingers have the legs to support the lone striker who will hold the ball up till the cows come home. What do you all think?
Rupethebear 0 Posted March 3, 2008 Don''t worry it won''t be harsh on Patty to miss out cos he will start as Rusty is still suspended!

Chesney Hawkes 0 Posted March 3, 2008 MarshallSemi Doc Pearce CamaraCroft Pattison ??? Bertrand Evans CuretonThe ??? is simply because I''m at a loss as to who should play centre-mid. Fozzy is not the answer, and neither is Gibbs. Russell is suspended and Spillane out of favour. We''re really looking short here and I don''t know what the answer is. Boyo 0 Posted March 3, 2008 Mine will be: MarshallSemmy Docherty Pearce BertrandCroft Fozzy Pattison Hux Evans CuretonSubs: Gilks, Shax, Spillane, Camara, Dion.Semmy will stay at right back as he has played there all season and we need our defence to be as strong as possible against Watford, and maybe give Valesco a go v Coventry. Pearce will keep Shax out for third consectutive match as he deserves his place. Pattison in stead of Gibbs because he is stronger than him and we need a strong team agaisnt Watford. Save Dion for Coventry as they are the sort of teams we need to be beating as I cant see us getting much at Vicarige Road myabe a draw at the most.
GJP 79 Posted March 3, 2008 I would go with this team (if all were available of course)MarshallVelasco Doc Shacks CamaraCroft Fozzy Pattison BertrandEvans Huckerby Never seen Velasco play (that I remember) but Semmy was so asleep in the last game he needs to be woken up. Wouldn''t be surprised if he left in the summer.Shackell back in place of the shakey Pearce who doesn''t look strong enough in my opinion. A good 2nd half against Barnsley but the rest has been average at best, he just doesn''t look tall enough or quick enough, especially to face a side like Watford. Huckerby to play upfront with Ched if he''s available as I think they''ll give Watford more to worry about than our other two strikers.
lucky green trainers 0 Posted March 4, 2008
My team,MarshallSemmy Shacks Doc CamaraCroft Fozzy Pattison BertrandDubin Evans Subs - Gilks - Pearce - Cureton - Velasco - Eagle
i''d go with that angel - this line-up is comfortably city''s best line-up at the mo - the young boy loanees have been sussed, and would slaughtered away to watford.
