E I E I E I O 0 Posted January 31, 2008 4 players in today so that must be our squad complete?Where is the striker??? Cureton has proved he is not good enough to me. With a decent finisher many of our recent draws would have been wins and the Play-Offs would be a definate possibility.Given our current form I would fancy our chances given Tiny and a Striker!! Yet again I am disappointed by the Board not the manager!!!!

Huddy 0 Posted January 31, 2008 Roeder suggested this morning that he was still after a striker, 5 could still be possible!

Are the board not funding a big purchase, or has Glenn not identified the right man and doesnt want to purchase someone who turns out to be rubbish. Doubt any of us truly know what is going on. This isn''t Football Manager, players who want to play are hard to find and I''d prefer Roedor to buy no striker than John Hartson Mark .2.......or what you prefer Roedor to panic buy a striker just for the sake of it??? E I E I E I O 0 Posted January 31, 2008 I am saying that yet again we have made a profit during a transfer window, more has come in than gone out.Every transfer window is the same, this policy can only surely lead to failure? I await the story in the summer of money having gone on loans and No money spent. This has happened for far too long and I see no evidence to suggest the next window will be any different???!!!Anybody prove otherwise? There is nothing but Crap come out of Doncasters mouth! BBFF 0 Posted January 31, 2008 So far who ever made the decision on the money or the players in this window is going for prudence yet again. Looks like we are going to tread water until the board find some real ambition. Another season written off. FOOTBALL MUST COME FIRST
