Us in a few years time? (Ebbsfleet)

Recommended Posts

I''d favour a slightly similar model whereby at any point 11 season ticket holders get phoned at random and told to bring kit and boots to Carrow Road as they''re playing in the next match.  Not only would this unearth maybe two brilliant cheap players, it would at least make watching Norwich fun(ny) again.

Kathy, nice to see your name on here. Can you update is on whether the NCISA is actively putting forth opinions on the status of the club at the moment or has it just decided to "stay low" and see what comes out of Glenn Roeder''s approach and perhaps the January window?

watch it all go T*ts up for Ebbsfleet, they will be footballs forogtten team in 12 months.

So if all those people own an equal share of the club.. would a rich foreigner who wanted to buy them have to negotiate a fee with all of them for their stake? or is there 1 person on sole control (the guy who ran the site) who would say "thank u very much" sell his stake in the club so all these people have wasted £35?

its a get rich quick scheme and someones now laughing at the public, and ebbsfleet''s expense.

jas :)

i think it will be ok for ebbsfleet as long as things are structured properly. you have 20,000 people who agreed to pay 35 quid in yes, and they all have an opinion. it is upto the board members (elected by people?) to make sure everything is done properly in terms of democracy, rather than somee people throwing more money at it to bcome a majority shareholder etc....ebbsfleet would only end up like us where we have a majority shareholder pulling the strings and a load of shareholders with an opinion that can''t be heard because their wallets don''t contain enough money.....democracy in football? time will tell to see if it works.

I say bring it on! Are you saying democracy doesn''t work? The co-operative movement is over 100 years old and still going strong. Like I say in the ''lets do a Barcelona'' thread (whose fans own the club) ''By the Fans for the Fans!''.

Collective power cannot be underestimated.
I''m waiting for them to vote for the left back to play in goal. Mind you come to think about it, its probably no different from Norwich playing players out of position!
The fact that 20,000 people have a vote on who plays where will more likely result in the opposite happening, if you can persuade over 10,000 people to put the left back in goal, you should be in politics.
