What we need is a good solid formation that will keep all season. At the moment players dont know where there playing or what they are doing. Croft for me is a must starter. Taylor is solid at the back and we must sign him in the net transfer window he''s not getting first team at birmingham anyway.Curetons dangerous but needs to put away the chances for us to stay up. I think if we can get a mid table finish this year roeder can turn us around and take us back to the prem. (I HOPE)!

The best formation for sorting out the problems at this club right now is a squadron of Typhoon fighter planes...fully loaded.......

Nothing else will do......

Is it just me or do we keep getting the most injuries, we bring in players Smith - Dublin - Taylor - and they get injured, Hucks was, Drury and a few others...thats over half the 1st team out. Formation is important but so is keeping away from injuries...other teams always seem to be able to play close to their best teams against our half 1st team. Dunno whats or who is causing this but i''m gussing theres some bad coaching techniques involved as well.
