No real experience of being in power, comes across ambitious but just doesnt produce the results, unconvincing signings (chris brown i mean please!), shoddy tactics..For someone that said on his first day he was the man to take Norwich back into the premiership and keep them there, he is really turning out to look like an unconvincing amateur clown. To me too many fans are getting like our board settling for being an average side with no ambition. Everyone kept saying let Grant get his team, Well he has and it is not good enough.
