lobster catcher 0 Posted July 26, 2007 Yes i know everyone is entitled to their opinions, but why can''t we all try pulling in the same direction at least until christmas.I don''t recall a single positive post from any of you.Don''t you understand the board isn''t going to sack itself''.PG isn''t going to come out and say "we are not going to get promotion".Most fans are still behind the team, manager and board so come on guys give us a break.Yes i know theres more than 3 of them but we all know the main 3 don''t we

norfolkbroadslim 225 Posted July 26, 2007 In agreement with Ricardo. I will give the team my full support, I couldn''t not, I am NCFC through and through. I will also support Grant initially, as previously stated in other threads. However I cannot support the board, and will not support them. Some are more responsible than others for the catastrophic failings of this football club and just how much time do we keep giving them? Just what would it take for people to protest against this board. Relegation to League One?
chicken 0 Posted July 26, 2007 Ricardo - nail smack on head.I think this is the singlemost damaging problem at Norwich at the moment. I will get slaughtered for saying that because I will be told I am blaming the fans. But I just feel that if the europhoria that carried us through the two seasons including promotion after the play-off final was to be back then the team that walks out for the first game of this season would be a force to be reckoned with.Instead we can''t even decide whether to back a player or not, we have to scrape through other teams fans forums for opinions on players we don''t know about. Especially when the heroes of that promotion season were Huckerby - a premiership reserve player, Francis who very few of us knew much about prior to his move here other than he was in a relegated Wimbledon side, Crouch as Huckerby, Iwan like yesterdays Dublin almost. It is a rather sad state of affairs because its the most un-unified I can remember the supporters being. In total honesty I would be all for getting rid of someone if it meant unifying people and for the club to progress as a result. But I don''t think it will. I think we would be doing the wrong thing and would suffer as a result.I think whoever they are supporters should back what we have here untill Christmas when there is a much more clearer picture of how the team looks and what issues there are that the various management areas should have forseen etc.
