The Real Buh 3,765 Posted October 28, 2023 I repeat This club will not heal until the whole senior leadership team are removed from their positions. The owners, the whole board and the football management. it’s got to be root and stem.

If Delia actually cared about this club she wouldn’t drag her heels deliberately and allow new owners to select a new team.

Be careful what you wish for. It's sh*t right now, we need systemic change, but change too much too soon and we could go from the frying pan into the fire. Webber and Wagner need to go ASAP, Knapper and a new manager should give us enough impetus. Whatever happens it's a transitional season at best from here... certainly looks like there are three very poor teams getting cut adrift at the bottom. Ultimately whether we finish 7th or 21st, we'll still be in this division next year.
Capt. Pants 5,003 Posted October 28, 2023 There absolutely has to be better leadership from the top no matter how painful. We can't have minority shareholders dancing round Delia's handbag, that's no way to run a business. It starts tonight by sacking Wagner.

I agree with this, you need some level of stability in the club but the Delia handover has to be accelerated to the end of the season. Knapper needs to come in now and work with Attansio on the vision, strategy and approach and we likely do need a short-term appointment that can keep us in the division whilst they look to put it in place in the summer.
