But when Labour turned to its left leanings after Sir Tony, the country said no. England is more right centre than anything else. Icecream Snow 762 Posted January 2, 2022 Doubt it, I'd argue elections have been won over the last forty years on who promised the lowest taxes, irrespective of what that meant to public services.
