Date of new season and transfer window closing

This could get messy, especially for us. Premier League clubs will have a few weeks AFTER the season starts to poach our best players and then leave us with panic buying to fill the gaps. Webber needs to work wonders to enable us to compete

If the new season starts before fans are allowed back then surely half the clubs in England will go bust?

The PL could start. It could probably take the final step to completely become football for tv.

Aye, and drinks breaks become ad breaks. Sky/ Bt would love that . Four quarters .....would be a big hit with everyone except the fans. I really dont like the way footy is headed.

Interesting- football had to come back to save “The Collapse of football in the UK” apparently. Now it has come back in the most sterile , money lead fashion imaginable , people are still concerned about Football going under . 
 

People like Rick Parry , who seemed more focused on the EPL than his own football league . Rick should possibly have paid a little more attention to Fit And Proper checks where the new Wigan owner was concerned . Wigan’s demise (the only Club that has gone) seemingly has nothing to do with Lockdown but more about gambling !
