Robert Barnes 20 Posted December 10, 2018 A question can players that are on season loans to a club. Be transfered by the parent club during the loan period
Bill 1,788 Posted December 10, 2018 I would not have thought so. Not season long loans.
Bethnal Yellow and Green 2,424 Posted December 10, 2018 Yes of course. Matt Jarvis was on loan at Norwich for a season but the club opted to make it permanent in the winter window. *slow hand clap*. Can only happen in the transfer windows obviously.
Bill 1,788 Posted December 10, 2018 I read it as being sold to a third party

Loan deals have a January break clause as standard these days (although it can often result in the forfeit of any fee payment), so it shouldn’t be too hard There have been a few examples of this happening but it’s certainly not common. Low key one of the most confusing decisions in our recent history.
Surfer 1,547 Posted December 11, 2018 Didn't we sign Jarvis, to free up a loan position? i.e. we were at our full allowance already and we wanted to loan someone else in, so we moved up the Jarvis purchase to accommodate that?
