Making Plans 957 Posted March 12, 2017 There is a proposal by a farmer/health club owner to build 200+ homes on land he owns which is next to North Walsham football club.As part of the deal he is prepared to build a completely new football centre on another piece of land that he owns opposite Waitrose..This would free up the existing football complex, which is not big enough for modern needs, for even more new houses.I believe NNDC are recommending planning refusal when it goes to committee next week Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
