G Holt fake twitter account
Somerset Canary replied to The Young One's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Yes that is a fake account. Grant Holt was on twitter (holty1981) but is no longer on it. The only players on twitter within the current playing squad is James Vaughan and Elliott Bennett -
Elliott Bennet on Twitter ....... fake or real ?

I am certain it is a real account. -
If we do sign this lad, I reckon he''ll be our best signing of the summer. Whilst on loan at Yeovil during the 09/10 season was by far the best player of the season (winning every player of the year award), all at the age of 17. He was booked on just 1 occasion which for a central defender is very impressive. You can ask anyone in Yeovil and they will say he is a future England International...HE REALLY IS THAT GOOD! Brilliant signing if you ask me. Fingers crossed

Good free agents

Marcus Hahnemann & David Jones both released by Wolves would be very good additions in my opinion. -
Just seen a new sky advert promoting the year ahead. This obviously included the new premiership and npower leagues. However, during the part where they promoted the new npower football league season, they show a clip of Grant Holt kissing his arm tattoo to the camera. Now, these small things don''t normally bug me, but why were we not part of the bit promoting the new premier league season!? I know it''s a bit of a petty issue, but still very frustrating that were still not recognised as a premier league team. I know the npower league season isn''t over yet, so I don''t mind remaining is the championship section of BBC sport for example, but if your promoting NEXT season, we should be in the Prem bit!

Not sure if this has been mentioned but a few points to make... 1. If Cardiff do lose (which looks 99.9% at the moment), we''re garunteed to be 2nd come Saturday, even if we lose tonight. 2. How will Cardiff react to this humiliation. Fair play to them if they pick themselves up and beat Burnley on Saturday. Whatever happens tonight, we''ve done ourselves proud this year!

Just to reiterate. Changes don''t have to be made if something is added to it. It just can''t be a players name with no change. Sorry for any confusion. -

Right new rule. There has to be a change in the name...so although very good, West HAM united and David FOX for example are not allowed. However, Paul LAMBert is. -

sorry, probably didnt make it very clear. It dosn''t just have to be norwich players and the team name needs to be based on a real team. For example, the goalkeeper could be Hens Lehmann...although John Muddy is very good. -
Right, as tonights game is often referred to as the Old Farm derby, I thought we would have a bit if fun and create a FarmXI of footballers. We need footballers, the manager and a team name and using your suggestions I will create a starting XI and post it before kick off. Any suggestions would be most welcome. Right I''ll kick it off...Wesley MOOlahan
