you cant blame the ref for that result imo. he could have given us a couple more decisions but in the end we just were not good enough against a young poor watford team which i find worrying. crofts was v good but ruddy and ward looked very very shaky

im afraid i have to agree. he has a hell of a lot of improving to do if he wants to keep his place

Ruddy will be a top quality buy. definitely him. holt and hooly are so far unproven at this level.

you cant help but feel anything but excitement when you read that. i reckon permanent signings are done, but gunny might well try and bring in a couple of premiership youngsters on loan, which i would be thrilled about personally, though im guessing a fair few of you wont.

i like the fact that he comes highly rated by the motherwell fans... if hes good for a scot prem team, should be easily worthy of a starting place in a promotion seeking league 1 side. i think gunny might have pulled off a cracker here.

i think this guy could mean that captain doc has a struggle to get into the side.. if he signs that is. will be interesting to see what happens.
