I think you''re right, just looked further into this and it appears he refused to sell to Candover. Still, as you say, it does give an example of his potential assets if he wishes to realise some.

Glenn Roeder would NOT have joined Norwich if there were only minimal funds available and no prospect of financial assistance if he kept us in the Championship, loan signings and clear outs were a preperation for convincing the future investment by "others" that GR and Norwich are serious.
