Just had 5 Sunderland players attacking 3 Norwich players at the edge of our box.

Schalke 04 were close to going under. Literally days from going under when he was there. He was the least of their problems at the time.

Not sure who it was, but just before that goal, we were defending a corner and one player completely lost his man on the edge of the box and just stood there. Gibson had two on him. Had the ball reach either of those players it's a goal.

Honestly, we would have beaten Leeds yesterday had the main two strikers started for us. Playing Idah is like playing with 10 men. He did one good run with the ball into the corner to waste some time and I can't remember anything from him. The midfield seem to have to over compensate.

Mass hysteria in here so I'll add my pence worth... we did really well today up to middle of the second half when we TIRED and unfortunately, we don't have the options Leeds do on the bench. The lack of depth and ability to change it tactically lost us the game. That's the difference, not Farke, not Wagner... just the lack of options / quality on the bench when it really matters.

I mean, this is a bit harsh really. The guys been injured for a while and desperate to get back on the pitch, it was possibly over enthusiasm. Are we criticising players now for showing bite? This is good for us now, he won't get injured whilst with Chile anytime soon and I'm sure he learnt a lesson here.

Question is, what happened in that conversation between Farke and Cantwell the day before the Brighton game, because it clearly changed everything. There's always two sides to every story but it sounds like something happened and Farke froze him out because of it.
