Matt Juler 211 Posted March 17, 2014 I was looking to see when Sunderland played their games in hand (Liverpool, Man City and West Brom) and noticed that they don''t play the latter until the final midweek of the season. Was that clever planning by both clubs? One of those situations where a 0-0 draw could be just what both teams need prior to the final weekend of fixtures? Katie Borkins 1 Posted May 5, 2014 Interesting, and likely.
GJL Mid-Norfolk Canary 2,035 Posted May 5, 2014 in a way I''m glad this fixture is here....if we''re going down I''d rather it happens because of something that happens elsewhere rather than watching us (and everyone else in the country) watching us lose a game
madaboutalbion 0 Posted May 5, 2014 Can''t see a classic if I''m honest. I always want us to win, and wednesday is no different, but Sunderland fans will be screaming at their team to make sure it doesn''t go down to sunday. I just hope, then, that they bottle it against us and we come away with a 2-0 victory :D In reality, i''d probably expect a boring stalemate.

killiecanary 0 Posted May 5, 2014 Think it''s more clever scheduling on the clubs part than conspiracy. 0-0 draw written all over it.
