Why was Holt not subbed

One of the worst performances I''ve ever seen from Holt today. The only notable things he did in the entire game were get booked, get caught an infinite amount of times offside and miss a penalty. If he bothered to work hard for that new contract I wouldn''t care, but he looks lazy and lethargic.

The penalty was well struck but the way he took it meant it was obvious he was going to the left side.

The penalty aside, Holt was so, so poor. The worst I''ve seen him play in a Norwich shirt since the Colchester 7-1.

Hughton may have been worried about Kamara''s ability to last the game. He was looking tired and laboured after 55 minutes. But Holt looked tired and laboured after 55 seconds.

Still, had he not been on the field, we wouldn''t have had the penalty to miss.
