Ayala & Whitbread injured already !!

Ayala didnt play last night and Whitbread ruled out today this early into the season!, we may prove to have been vindicated with these two, will Vaughan make it a hattrick?

Hope not.

I wouldn''t wish injuries on anyone and certainly not Vaughan, I hope he has a storming season to be honest. What he has gone through in his career I would hope is past him now. He seems a top lad.

I think it''s a bit premature to label Ayala as injury prone, although I have no information about this. Unfortunately, Whitbread is a sick-note with knobs on. A great pity as he would have been a useful player for us for a few seasons to come.

Ayala certainly had a injury ridden season last time out, and it is a bit surprising that people seem to love him so much as we didnt really get much of a chance to form an opinion (other than the complete mare he had in his first game). Apparently he has a hip injury, and also missed their last game, it is only meant to be a short term thing.

Whitbreads not injured , he''s just not match for yet as he didn''t start Pre season till late , because of finding new club etc only know this as he said this on twitter
