canarynotsonew77 0 Posted January 7, 2011 Clearly this situation hangs in the balance. Only the blind optimists think that PL standing by his statements means the end of the matter.I''m keeping an eye on the official website this afternoon as have been told that their is news, just don''t know what that news is.My thinking is, he will be in dugout for the game tomorrow, but will resign tomorrow night, or Monday morning. Mr Brownstone 0 Posted January 7, 2011 Who knows? We just have to hope the conclusion, whatever that is, is reached quickly. Uncertainty over Lamberts future is likely to unsettle players and this could cause us to lose form, players that we may have been in talks with over potential transfers could well be put off and the likes of Malky and Chris Hughton could have already moved on if this drags on, not to mention the transfer window is only open for another 3 weeks. Paul, if you are staying please just say so, we all want you to, but if you''re going then thanks for the memories and don''t let the door hit you in the @rse on the way out.
