open goal 0 Posted May 7, 2010 Watch Good News, slightly insulting (very) but very funny!
Mazy Run 0 Posted May 7, 2010 Could you save us the trouble and tell us the joke? I assume it''s Russell Howard. He''s always having a pop at Norwich, making out we''re yokels or something. The guy''s from Somerset for goodness sake. (and thinks he''s funnier than he is).

We''re just an easy target for boring comedians
Added Time 14 0 Posted May 7, 2010 I think that you will find that one of the writers on that show is Karl Minns (one of the Nimmo Twins) who is a Norwich City fan. That''s probably why Norwich gets the mentions - a bit of banter between the writers themselves.
Bethnal Yellow and Green 1,558 Posted May 7, 2010 The show is co-written by one of the guys from the Nimmo Twins, probably the reason why Norwich gets more than a few mentions every so often.
e10_yellow 0 Posted May 7, 2010 Interesting. I''ve always liked Karl Minns but it was a cheap gag. Probably funny for those who haven''t heard it innumerable times before. Gonna get lots of away fans thinking they''re the height of originality now.
Canary_on_the Trent 0 Posted May 7, 2010 He was simply going through some funny football chants, if i hadn''t heard it countless times i''d probably find it funny.
yellow blood 0 Posted May 7, 2010 Did he also chant: We shoot burglars! so to warn any criminals thinking of travelling to our fine county?
morty 0 Posted May 7, 2010 As much as we may not like it, it is a pretty funny song.[:)]
