i would put money on it this meeting has happened allready ,and slowly telling the press what they want to tell them .

Just because he''s money bags, doesn''t make him fit or proper though does it? I''ve become so cynical about what would motivate someone to ''invest'' in a footy club. Let''s let the chair and the CEO meke an approach if they see fit before we go back down the route of giving anyone with a Norfolk postcode and a handsome ISA a blowy.

And Wiz, you of all people should learn to hold the skidding around on your knees until after the jelly and ice cream. You''ve jinxed a couple of these in recent years!

planning on bringing the cars down to carrow road and maybe living in norfolk for the rest of my life ,

strange quote for someone who maybe would not rule it out .

lotus cars and norwich ,this could be a match made in heaven.

strong connections anyway , makes perfect sense

Fernandes has just launched a F1 team, one of the most expensive things to do in sport and is trying to drum up as much support as possible. If you listen to the interview rather than just read it you can hear he is being a little flippant and jovial. I think he is looking into partnerships between Norwich and Lotus rather than buying into the club himself. He knows he is going to cause some bad blood when he moves Lotus to Malaysia in a couple of years so is trying to build up some good PR now.

Lotus were always known as the weekend car. In the garage all week and you might just get a decent run in them over the weekend.

Profile would match us a treat.

One thing it could show is how serious DS/MWJ are in taking some serious investment.
LotsOfTroubleUsuallySeriousI notice that Simon Jordan *spit* is desperate for investment. And that Sven Goran Eriksson has been trawling Europe looking for investment. Or so they say... perhaps they just "not serious about taking some serious investment" either?

It sounds VERY positive imo.
I think we are. In the interview he says he has never been to Carrow Road then in the next breath says he watched the Hartlepool game.
