canarytim 0 Posted April 20, 2009 Can anyone explain to how much Delia & Michael paid per share in Norwich City FC ? And what would be fair valuation now ?The Board now have to take some responsibility for the mess we are in, calls for them to be sacked are ridiculous but they now have to ask a more realistic amount for their shares.Relegation alone must reduce the value of them. Bruce Eats Walkers! 0 Posted April 20, 2009 How much would you pay for a business with debts £20 million and the only assets being Carrow Road and Colney. Requires much investment in the squad and is losing money hand over fist. Not Much!!

Arthur Whittle 0 Posted April 20, 2009 Overvaluing a football club during a world wide credit crunch doesnt sound to me like they have any intention of selling.

T 191 Posted April 20, 2009 Economic value of nearly all clubs whatever division they are in is nil or negative as normally the costs are adjusted to spend whatever revenue and more is available. The value of the net assest of the business which is the normal minimal value of a business is around 30 pounds a share last year.Ultimately, as has been said before, becasue a football club is a plaything rather rather than an economic investment then a football club is worth what anyone is willing to pay for it.
