Taxing 0 Posted January 12, 2009 I think someone else suggested this idea on this MB today and I think it a very good solution : make Roeder Director of Football and bring in someone like Adie Boothroyd. That way, you avoid paying compensation (on principle), Boothroyd (or whoever comes in) can take advantage pf whatever advice or contacts he wants from Roeder but reports to ND like Roeder currently does.
