After being stretchered off today I think we''ve seen the last of Antoine Sibierski in a City shirt. To be fair he was awful today and it was something of a relief for most City fans to see him leave the field although it did look like he''d sustained quite a bad injury in bringing down the curtain on an uneventful Norwich career.

But his stay at Carrow Road certainly must have seriously underwhelmed some City fans sitting near me as they launched into a chorus of , " Dig a hole and ******* bury him " as he lay prostrate on the ground.

Priceless.

I was delighted when we signed him, assuming he would be played as a forward but not ever realising Roeder would try to make him a target man.I feel a little bit sorry for him in that he was brought in to do a job he was obviously not equipped for, and he took some knocks and elbows for the cause.  Ultimately though, he has been very disappointing and it''s best he returns to Wigan now.I hope his injury is not serious.
