You have too feel sorry for Wes, don''t you?I''m just watching the game again thanks to Sky+ (I''m too wound up during the actual live game to notice a lot of stuff!) and he was having a great game in the position that I think is his best. Crisp, neat, defence splitting passes for Crofty to run on too, great movement and awareness and a sublime nutmeg on the edge of the box to let in Omozusi.Then Doc gets sent off and Wes is sacrificed to get another defender on.Poor sod.  If he can manage to keep his head up after all he''s had to endure since his move here, I think we are going to see one hell of a good player.P.S. Respect to the travelling fans. They were, once again, magnificent. Lots of ''em, and very noisy. *feels proud*

Yep thought the same about Wes coming off, however Roeder had to change it and he made the right decision.

Would have been interesting to see what happened if Doc only got a yellow card.

The New York Supporters were singing all day.  We had a blast. Even though I dislike Roeder, he did well by me by taking my hero Hoolahan off for Semi and we played a masterful 2nd half.  Onward and upward.  OTBC.

I felt sorry for Wes too, it was a stupid last man challenge by Doherty which lead to his substitution. I do feel that he has been through alot since joining the club.

Yes hats off to the fans again, there I was in the warm shouting (& cheering) the TV & they are out in the cold with no shirts!!! All the time you could hear them, above the home fans...... on the ball city!!!!

I was worried about this game, we are not good away (home is a bit suspect...), never good in front of Sky & yet 2-1 with only 10 men!!

OK an own goal won it, but they only scored because Marshal slipped (my MOM). Now lets see a little run & MOST important a win against you know who on the 7th.
