Green and Yellow 0 Posted September 24, 2008 Now that West Sham have,in effect, been found guilty over the Tevez transfer and as a consequence Man Utd must have had an unfair advantage having signed Tevez when they shouldn''t, will the league now act?.Luton Town have been severely punished for irregularities with a 20 point deduction on top of the 10 for administration. Will the football league now impose the same deductions on West Sham and Man Utd and it not why not. Or will it be one rule for the big boys and another for the rest?. nutty nigel 7,902 Posted September 24, 2008 Unfortunately the Football league no longer have any juristriction over the likes of West Ham and Manchester United. That''s the main cause of the problems football faces today. It''ll be a cold day in hell before the lily-livered FA do anything which is the second cause of the problems football faces today. Sing Up The South Stand 0 Posted September 24, 2008 Unfortunately, your last line is the way of the game these days.Although it could be a pain for us to get out of the league, hopefully West Ham will have to pay Sheffield United £30m and also go into administration! Doubt it though, but I can hope! I imagine you can''t really relegate them!
Bruce Eats Walkers! 0 Posted September 24, 2008 Manchester United will not face any charges or problems over Tevez as they have done nothing wrong. The Tevez transfer was a long drawn out affair because United wanted to make sure everything was above board, They consulted the Premier League and ensured they didn''t leave themselves wide open for the sort of problems West Ham have. Tevez is offiicialy on a 2 year loan deal from Corinthians despite the fact his registration is owned by a third party (Kia Joorabchian)

The football authorities closed the loop hole use by West Sham and Man Utd but would not apply the new rules retrospectively so as to not have to deal with Man Utd.If you recall Man Utd were obstructive over a routine random drugs test issue. To such an extent the league went public regarding some very dodgy phone call records between the club and players''. ''
