The Dark side is calling...

Recommended Posts

I’ve tried to stay positive but I’ve had a gut full now, this club is skint and we are heading downhill fast, we all keep having a feeling that today could be the day, but the days keep passing and the players keep signing for everyone else! The club has no idea how to treat the fans any more, it’s just take, take, take on their behalf,we have been told to expect new heroes and that there is money for new players, Well that’s  just BOLL***S!!! Sorry, but today i have hit the wall. Along with numerous others on this forum i have spent thousands of pounds over the years on Tickets and shirts and the usual fans stuff and I’ve had enough of it, i love this club with a passion but the people who are dragging it down I’m starting to really hate, the smug smiles and everything is rosy attitude has worn so thin and frankly I’m turning to the dark side, we will never get the truth about the Cullum deal and that just stinks of a cover up, lets face it folks unless a miracle happens we are in for another season of struggle and we are in for a relegation fight from day one, the squad is worse than last season and i’ll give it a month before the 25,000 plus at Carrow road are calling for change.

I hate feeling like this but as i said enough is enough and sometimes the truth hurts.

I had a call from the Dark Side earlier this morning, I was a bit gutted because I was hoping it would be the Garage about my car.  I''ve told the DS to call me back on Wednesday, I could be ready to join by then.

Which is all Well and good Phat and I''m glad you''ve seen sense but i really can''t help thinking that supporters like yourself must take some blame for our demise. The ''none so blind as those that won''t see'' brigade have sat on there hands with Delia hoping for a bit of luck whilst ,what was initially a minority of people, saw this coming during the premiership season. We can''t run a club on sentiments and that''s the harsh reality. I''m not saying i told you so but........

Fozzie,Your picture at the bottom is world class (Well done) I am glad to see your canaries beard is looking a bit better now!Phatcanary,Its sad to say as everybody wants the best for the club, but welcome. This lot have done nothing for the good of football at Carrow Road for years and I am amazed it has taken some this long. I love to be positive in football. Christ, I even follow England round the world watching games. There is just never anything to be positive about. I cant remember the last time I was truly excited at somebody signing (Hucks most likely) My best mate who I have sat next to for 20+ years has finally given up his season ticket this year and he would not do that easily! He wanted to make a stance, A guy that sat in front of us for years gave up 2 years ago and took the kids with him. The only thing this board have got right was the appointment of Roeder and I would not be surprised to see him walk at the moment given that state the club is in.I am sure good times will come, but it is 100% time to remove the stowmarket 2 from there comfy seats at the top of the Ivory tower. A Fresh new board with fresh ideas will be good for everyone and I am sure they will treat the fans with the respect they deserve instead of like mushrooms in the dark.May battle commence!

I’ve just had a call from Wiz and apparently, he is my father....

Back to the matter in hand, Arthur, Sir i take no blame what so ever, i am a positive bloke and honestly thought we would move forward after Worthy was sacked, but the Grant debacle and now these last few weeks have just sent me over the edge, i respect Delia and her Hubby for having the balls to put some money into the club in the first place but as i said to the Wife this morning, sometimes things must come to an end, we can do this the easy way or the hard way.

(My wife would like to point out this didn’t actually happen and the quoted line is being used for comedy effect)

[quote user="Fozzie"]Strange how Dark Side and Delia Smith share the same initials.

Indeed!

Fozzie your animation is just excellent, you move to the top of the class.
