Guest Posted July 16, 2008 Now I know there have been problems recently with people receiving cards with other people''s details on... but it seems the problem isn''t fixed yet.I hadn''t received anything at all from the club before today bar tickets for the Spurs match. No cards with Mr F Bloggs on, nothing. Then today I picked up a letter which had my membership card (with my name on), and attached an ''apology'' for sending me a card with incorrect details on, even though I never received such a thing. [:S] It told me to discard my non-existant false card and reassured me that the information contained in the original pack, which I also never received, was correct.I am not the only NCFC member in my house, and they are yet to receive anything about their membership at all, so obviously the details balls up at the club is worse than expected. Worse than I thought anyway.

spudgfsh 0 Posted July 16, 2008 just a guess but it would probably be easier for them to send everyone an apology with their correct card regardless of whether they actually got the wrong card.

Plus as I said it went on about this information "pack" that was supposed to have come with the rogue card.
