Canary in the Forest 0 Posted December 19, 2006 Has anybody else been contacted ? I agreed to participate in a survey and was asked lots of questions about facilities , security etc and very little about the footy. I made the point that from the questions which you had to answer 1 (highly dissatisfied) to 10 ( over the moon) you could construct an impression that all was well . The one question about entertainment I scored a "one" and commented that the standard was dire-apparently many others has answered in same vein.I am worried that we''ll hear that there is a satisfaction rate of say 7.33 and all is well which of course it ain''t as the entertainment quaetion needs at lease an 80% weighting in any analysis.I explained I wouldn''t be renewing my season ticket.Thoughts? canary cherub 1 Posted December 19, 2006 Forest, did they specifically ask you whether you would be renewing your season ticket, or did you volunteer the information?I wonder whether they are just canvassing season ticket holders, and whether the underlying purpose is to gauge interest in renewing prior to the transfer window . . . or prior to making a decision about whether to enlarge the City Stand? Muffles 8 Posted December 19, 2006 I had a friend who agreed to participate in such a survey - and when did they call he was out, where did his wife say he was? Well, it was 3.30 on a Saturday afternoon while Norwich were playing at home - absolute genius....., talk about doing your research!!
yarmy 0 Posted December 19, 2006 Yes..I was asked to do one of these surveys....although I have to admit mine was last season. But it was apparent that the person taking the information did not even know where Norwich was let alone anything about our club.....it was almost laughable and to be honest if this is what the club use to guage our feelings then it is no surprise we are in such a mess. To give you an example I live in Dereham and the girl doing the survey kept asking me whether I walk to home games...I know it is Norfolk but come on!!!! SuperCity 0 Posted December 20, 2006 Had much the same questions, when asked if we would renew our season tickets the stern answer was, it depends on what the manager and board do come January.
