Our away form under Worthington is absolutely shocking! I dont know about you but I take it for granted that the opposition will at least get a point when we go away? 

Fact is we are crap away from home and if we were''nt, we would probably be challenging this season?

Last season we were crap away from home and did''nt win a single game! 1 win on the road would of kept us up. Surely there is not much risk in changing the management, as all we need is a manager that can get the team to perform away!!! I seem to remember even in our better season''s under worthy, we were still pretty crap away just hard to beat!

So why are we so crap on the road?

Is it due to Worthy''s defensive attitude? Are the players suffering from travel sickness? Has Worthington banned the players from taking there favourite Teddy away?

Either way fact is, we are crap away! If I was Delia and the board, I would be looking at the teams next few away performances not home ones and judging Worthy on this. This is clearly where the problem is that needs sorting!!!! I must admit I feel the home ones have been pretty bad too and we have won them all recently "how I am not sure" I seem to remember us beating Cardiff 1-0 with the goal coming off the post and onto the back of there goalies head and then in! I dont really believe in fate but now believe that somehow worthy is destined to be the manager of this club!

All I can say is god forbid if we ever manage to get into europe again under worthy. Maybe his next signing will be a new bus driver for away trips? or is that what Etuhu was signed for?

This is a good point - can anyone provide the stats on his away record when he has been manager. as we did''nt win away last seaon and we did''nt win away in our play offs? Or the season after? It only perked up when got promoted - hence the reason we won the league.

I''m not sure if these stats are exactly right but I believe we have won only 23 out of 121 away games under Worthington or in other words 1 win in every 6 away games.

A shocking record i''m sure you''ll agree, but one which regardless of your view of Worthington is rather difficult to explain. Does anyone know if Norwich have always had a poor away record over the years or is it just a recent problem.

Norwich have been mostly poor away from home, when compared to their home form, for as long as I can remember.

One argument is that the distance the team have to travel to any away game is a massive disadvantage.  This also suggests why away teams don''t tend to play well at Carra.

Not sure if I agree with this though, ultimately it is 11 against 11 on the same bit of grass.  If a player is professional he should be consistent where ever he is playing.  Can''t help thinking that a stigma has become attached to this poor away form, and it is being used as an excuse.
