What I think needs to happen is Smith is sacked along with Webber, it was his decision to bring him in and it’s been another abject failure along with his transfers. the transfer window is a concern. We’ll just muddle on now I have no doubt but this season has now been wrecked because our board doesn’t have the courage to get rid of management that aren’t up to the required standards and it was blatantly obvious pre-season.
