lake district canary 4,837 Posted January 1, 2022 Happy new year to one and all! Don't know about you, but I'm quite glad we've not got a game today. It gives everyone a break from the dreadful run of results we've been having. It gives the squad a chance to recover, a spell out of the PL firing line. Morale must be pretty low at the moment, but that can change. I hope there are some positive actrions taken to reboot the season after this small break in matches. Personally I would like to see a bit more solidity in the midfield/defence - two banks of four and just two attacking players with a bit of pace to cause problems. Not sure we've got the players to do that, certainly not if Normann is out of the picture. Maybe one or two to come in maybe?
