I don’t doubt any of that but Tom smith would have not had the expertise or experience to setup one of the best training facilities in England would he? And should the minority shareholders who have funded the Clubs assets over a much longer period and in some cases to a greater extent than Tom Smith (at least up to now) do likewise, bearing in mind the substantial charge to what in an ordinary business would be shareholders funds?
