yes there can be argument made that I should come out and explain where this matters REALLY stands legally - however it is better to have the SRS;s claims clarified so as to move the debate on from an agreed point

and it has the familiarity of the 'Commin Law marriage' whereby huge numbers believe there is such a thing in law, where actually there is not

so maybe we can have some of the SRS point out where their claims exist in law

and to clarify my position, I am not seeking to change any legal ruling* or any Pinkun forum policy. I am merely challenging the lies and misrepresentations about me on here
