splendidrush 720 Posted December 21, 2018 Seem to remember the draw was in Singapore or somewhere, at midnight last year. There were 3 big Clubs in the last 8 and they avoided each other. I think Carabao want marquee finals and as they're stumping up the cash the football authorities are letting it happen.
