BobLoz3 610 Posted December 12, 2018 It's fantastic to see, well done Madders and, to Sophie, for being so strong at such a young age. Really is quite awe inspiring. I don't know how I'd cope with this happening to a member of my family, for example. It reminds me of the beautiful friendship struck up between Jermaine Defoe and Bradley Lowery, which still has me in tears every time I see Jermaine talking about it. Unfortunately, Bradley lost his battle as we all know. All one can hope is that Sophie's corrective surgery and amputation helps her get back on track and beat cancer. Seeing this happen to one so young is always heart-breaking, but there can be a happy ending.

Surfer 1,547 Posted December 12, 2018 Good for all the players that do this work. Cynics could say that it's only their time, but it's more than that, it's basic humanity.
