pete 371 Posted May 25, 2017 A proficient coach trouble is there is no defence at present to coach. Been without a proper coach for some time Irvine wasn''t effective under Neil until sacked. Need to have a basis to work with.
nu_matik 184 Posted May 26, 2017 So, despite offloading all the defensive deadwood and appointing a defensively sound coach, you cant manage to piece together the idea we will buy new players and work them better? Silly sausage
Crafty Canary 547 Posted May 26, 2017 I am really looking forward to the new season. With the appointment of a head coach who has been successful in developing young players for one of the Bundesliga''s top clubs I am hoping we shall see more of our younger players breaking into the first team. Players like Thompson, Toffolo, Godfrey, Madison and the Murphys will hopefully be frequent members of match day teams. I''m not expecting anything more than mid-table however the thought of enthusiastic, energetic youngsters giving their all is something to look forward to.
