1.
Well I was enjoying it till just now. United are my Scottish team!
Do you watch a lot of Scottish football?
 2. Are you impressed by the free flowing attacking football on show? Not really the ''hoof ball'' football that a lot of people wrongly associate with Scottish football.
 3.
Probably just scouting some players for us. Apparently this Neymar chap has a good scoring record?
Are you a Celtic fan too?
 4. I meant the guy that knows Sherwood, not Paul.
 5. Trust someone associated with such a boring sport as cricket to know the worlds most boring man, Tim Sherwood
 6.
yes because celtics champions league striker we signed was so prolific. Perfect sense .
He''s started like 9 games and scored 6. Plus he isn''t a lone striker.

They soaked up loads of pressure, Forster had the game of his life and they scored a late winner on the counter attack. Still admirable, but battered is well wide of the mark.
We dominated them in midfield. Went 2-0 up. SKY pundits said it''s the quietest they''ve ever seen Xavi. We also almost drew 1-1 with them same year at Camp Nou, unfortunately they scored an injury time winner - had they not, we would have won the group.
Very similar game to the home oneBarcelona had 73% possession and 26 goal attempts against Celtics 23% possession and 4 goal attemptsBarcelona hit the woodwork onceDress it up however you like but you parked the bus but did`nt get lucky this time.I hope Lennon stays with you, poor mans Roy Keane as a player and a poor mans Martin O`Neil as a manager
Keep trolling. Lennon''s probably won more in the last 3 years as manager of Celtic than your club has ever won. You''d be over the moon if a Champions League manager took over your Championship team.
 8. Snodgrass is Celtic bound, surely? He''s been a lot more forward in his wishes to move than Lennon has.

 10.
Seems No one wants to see the big man here….I honestly think he''s less of a risk then Lennon.Name me one manager who has come from the SPL (bar Ferguson) who has made a solid impact in the premier league. Strachan came back and made a mess of what looked like a solid bork squad , McCleish got birmingham relegated. These were SPL winning managers at the time. I can''t see Lennon doing much better. Go for the one with more championship experience as far as I concerned. Even take Zola above Lennon. I just don''t think the irish man will be unto the job. I could be wrong and Ill put my hand up if that is the case but Im not convinced.
Ever heard of a guy called Sir Alex Ferguson? You know, the British manager than won all those trophies, but the Scottish man that chose David Moyes?
 11.
If Lennon how will he cope not winning nearly every match? Excellent question. He is in a Scottish bubble where winning is pretty much taken for granted and the mentality will be somewhat different if he comes south to manage. That may suit him - it may not. But it is a question that has to be answered - as far as he is concerned. I would prefer it if he went to another club to practice his managing technique on - and prove himself at championship level - like Malky, Hughton and Lambert - before perhaps coming on to Norwich at some stage. He may be hungry to achieve at a higher level than the Scottish League - but its not a given that he can do it with us - in fact if we struggled for results and the attacking side of the game didn''t improve the atmosphere would soon turn pretty negative again. There are no sure fire winners out there who we know will do a good job, but for me, our club is too important to give to an unproven manager - unproven in the sense of being at a club that it is not taken for granted to be top of the league week in week out.
He''s proven himself in the Champions League - you English like to pretend he didn''t, but he did. Why does he need to prove himself in a league that is irrelevant outside of England? Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, any countries team will not clamber for a manager because he won the English Championship.
 12.
Now I know you''re just trolling!
Why? Because spoilt brats drove him out a job? Manchester United are absolutely horrendous, Giggs was meant to come in and sort them - he was a record breaker too! David Moyes would be a fantastic and better manager than Lennon.
 13. If it is Lennon then you will all eventually be happy. I actually won''t be that upset if Lennon left now, especially since David Moyes is favourite to replace him. Lennon out and Moyes in would be fantastic.
 14.
Ivan Jovanovic has proven he can lead a team into the quarter finals. Avram Grant was a missed penalty away from being a Champions League winning manager. David Moyes made it through the group stages. So what is your point?
Lennon did it on a minuscule budget.
 15.
To "Champions": Saying Lennon is a "Champions League manager" means nothing. The manager of Levski Sofia, the Bulgarian champions in 2005/6, was also a Champions League manager. Do we know who he is? No. Case closed. And not sure why you''re so confident about Lennon not leaving Celtic Park, when you were all saying the same about Hooper last year - But then what happened? And his relative failure in the Premiership only further illustrates how non-competitive your league is. However, and this is to you and all my fellow Norwich fans - I don''t think he will come to us. Not because he wouldn''t come to Norwich, but because we''re not in the Premiership now. Same applies to Malky, and Sherwood. All 3 could well be holding out for a prem club like West Brom or West Ham. Sadly I think we''ll see Zola, Adams, or Clarke take charge. Personally I want Garcia or Rosler. Failing that, Adkins or Howe.
Lennon has proven he can lead a team into the Last 16. Hooper has scored when given the chance. He is also not a lone striker - Norwich have been playing him as one, right?
 16.
Liberal use of the word "Battered" there. They soaked up loads of pressure, Forster had the game of his life and they scored a late winner on the counter attack. 17. McCoist did not outwit him. Lennon won the league by 21 points when McCoist managed the old Rangers. Anyway, One spent £30 million and would have gotten Cardiff relegated, the other spent £7 million and battered Barcelona to get into the Last 16.
 18.
I don''t even want him, I just kind of hope he comes now just so we can have some fun with Mr Formerglories here.
It really is ironic that your club plays in a colour that is slightly gold.
 19.
Celtic have never won the Champions League, they won the European Cup which was a completely different competition though taken over by the Champions League.
Same trophy.
 20.
Because to the teams you play in the Champions League you are tiny irrelevant annoyances that make them travel to the hell hole that is Glasgow once a season for a routine entry into the next round.
The likes of Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and Pique have all said Celtic Park is their favourite Champions league destination. Anyway, you''re trolling. Or, actually, attempting to troll. End of the day, you''d have a semi if you seen a fake Norwich shirt being sold in a Spanish/Turkish/Greek market - that is how irrelevant and tiny your club is.
 21.

With some work, this squad could easily reach the Last 8. If we still had Wanyama and Hooper we would have narrowly missed out on the Semi finals this year.
[:O][:$] Bless your delusion [{][}]
We can beat anyone at Celtic Park. Our defence and goalkeeper are absolutely solid. We''d match anyones midfield with Wanyama in it. Hooper is lethal when he gets the chance. I see no reason as to why we couldn''t.
 22.
But you didn''t have either of them, did you, because they both felt moves to Southampton and Norwich were a significant step up from Celtic.
Hooper and Wanyama were both offered contracts below what they wanted. Wanyama wanted £35k - Celtic have a £30k wage cap. Hooper was deemed replaceable, so the money was spent on other players.
 23.

If he gets a team promoted to the prem and keeps them there his stock will be so much higher than going to west brom and getting sacked after 6 months.
Or winning the SPL again, against League One-level opposition, and valiantly failing to get out of a tough Champions League group. Even when Rangers get back in the SPL, they won''t be at Celtic''s level for at least a couple of years. I can see the appeal in heading south now, if I''m honest.
Or being within a couple of points of pipping Barcelona to first place. Rangers won''t be back - they are dead. The Rangers International will enter the SPL for the very first time, however.
I''m well aware of what Lennon has achieved. All I''m saying is that there''s a glass ceiling for ''smaller'' clubs, which is what Celtic are in the context of the Champions League. APOEL got to the quarter-finals in 2012, which was the arguably the most incredible achievement in CL history – without the financial clout of the bigger players, Celtic will never be able to get close to winning the Champions League. Europa League isn''t out of the question, but my point is that there''s a greater chance of Lennon achieving less than he''s already achieved if he stays. The SPL is a one-horse race, which effectively means his only true challenge is Europe. A move south now would be a different challenge and a different kind of motivation – to be a big fish in a small pond, scrapping for points week-in, week-out.
Celtic have already won the Champions League. In fact, we were the first British team to ever do so. With some work, this squad could easily reach the Last 8. If we still had Wanyama and Hooper we would have narrowly missed out on the Semi finals this year.
 24.
I could manage Celtic and win the scottish title and cups, specially when you play these big teams like Alloa and St mirren on a weekly basis!! bet Mr Doomcaster is doing great things for conference scottish football!!
Alloa are several divisions below Celtic. Nice to see you''re so clued up on a league to make an assessment like that. I''m sure the only enjoyment you lot will get out of the Championship next year will be telling the locals of Brentford about electricity and fire.
