Happy Clappers now lining up......

We have not gone full circle as some would suggest, but we are late in the cycle after our amazing recovery since 2009. We were lucky to bounce straight back up under Adams/Neil and that reprieve, albeit far too brief, means the club is now still in control. The club is overseeing a managed retreat that will enable us to go again .... the clock has been re-set and we need to play our role as SUPPORTers to give the club the best possible chance of success. I will be sad to see Jacob go so early in his career, but we have been here before. The academy needed a success story too ... one to inspire the current crop and attract the next generation ... demonstrating a pathway to not only first team football but big money move to premier league. Efete seems to have done well out in Iceland. Played 6 out of 8 league games for Breidablak (?!) and scored a goal. Hopefully get to see him in pre-season.

Agree that we should keep Redmond & it would seem less likely that his head will be turned than someone like Fer. My worry given the seemingly low transfer fees being touted around for some of our lads, especially in comparison to other club''s players, is potential release clauses.

McNally's Director of Football idea

I''m sure Malky would be keen on director of football after the criticism (unfair or otherwise) he has received from Cardiff''s owner. He won''t want to risk being put in the same position again. I have long thought Malky has all the attributes to be a great manager. His impressive stints at Watford and Cardiff only reinforced my view that he should one day return to Carrow Road. A natural leader and great talker, fond memories notably his double (very nearly hat-trick) against Ipswich and the sense of unfinished business owing to the way he left us 10 years ago (and was not replaced) following promotion to the Prem. The most obvious candidate and should do well for us with some luck. If Malky is appointed, we hopefully won''t be disappointed. -
Started and made promising league debut for Luton in 3-0 win. Well done lad!

Scott Dann not in Blackburn squad today despite club stating earlier in the week that he would be back against Derby ...

Daily telegraph (21st Feb) re-writing history ... I''m sure we have won something since 2005 & don''t recall Leeds lifting League One title in 2010! I accept most of their team is now playing in yellow & green & this could cause confusion when copy/pasting text from the Internet as page filler. Rant over.
