Well I think it shows some ambition, I mean if we had zero ambition surely we would have just marched up with the likes on Renton etc and.. well probably ended up in Blue Square north leagues. But as you say, yea.. if we don''t bounce straight back up I can imagine alot of the "FANs" will soon walk else where.. this first year is so crucial to the club in more than finacial.

I remember reading that some one said Arsenal and Man U are tracking/interested in young Adeymi, is there any trurth in this? Sources?

In a twisted kind of way i''m very happy we were relegated. Our youth players now look for driven as First team football is more realistic, we have McNally, Gun seems to be pulling out all the stops to correct-his-errors (hope this continues) most of the players hopefully are more driven and ambitious, we have more signings to my knowledge than any other club in the top 3 flights (not 100% I over-heard this).. All good at the club!

I''ve two tattoos, memorial ones. But have been seriously thinking about a big back piece. Now i''m only 20 so probably wont appeal to some of the more experienced fella''s here. BUT, I was seriously thinking about getting the number 17 on my back, with my surname across the shoulder blades, like a NCFC shirt with the numbers coloured in properly and detailed. :)

Firstly, I want to say that I''ve been reading these forums for like 6 months or so.. just never been a big poster.. But like you lot, i''m soo optimistic about the start of this season I thought I''ve actually gotta start posting lol. I bang on to all my pals about how I read this on the pink ''un, so now it''s time I actually responded on here :) WELL, IMO this is the best squad we''ve had in years, maybe since the championship/prem side. Not because of the quality, but because we actually have 18+ players that are OURS, and are not just 11 starting players with 204023402 pointless youngters that will amount to nothing (lathrope, renton etc that seem to float around the club for years!) and the competition for places. I mean, I''ve read so many posts on peoples prefered team, and everytime I think to my self, well what about XXXX. Prime example, how many posts I have seen where people have missed out WLY. I seriously think Paul is going to be a massive shock to alot of people this season, and I hope to say the same about Cureton, but seriously... If he some how stays at the club the whole season, and scores more than 8 goals.. I''ll remove my testicals with a spoon. You can hold me to that too. Keeping to the depth thing, how long has it been since we had a CHOICE of starting CBs? I remember my dad crying to the pitch about how awful our CBs were, with no replacements and how we need to bring some in.. now he doesn''t even have a prefered two.. it''s GREAT! Can we ignore the fact that he''s probably.. a very good L1 Player.. I Mean burney and the ohter clubs that wanted him arnt stupid, they obviously can see something in him.
