Norwich were there own worst enemy today. It wouldn''t of mattered who we played. I didn''t think Colchester played that partically well, even though the score line suggests this. We just had a very bad day at the office, couldn''t defend to save our lives and our keeper, if you can call him a goalkeeper was the worst goalkeeping performance i have ever seen in my life. Out of all the goals, the only good one (the rest were gifts by our defenders and keeper) was the volley that flew in.

I was just wondering what people thought promotion back to the Championship is worth? £5 million, £10 million or maybe more? With all this talk and it is just talk at the moment, about Hoolahan wanted by Palace, Leeds, Coventry and just about every other team in the Championship and League 1, i really do feel Hoolahan is the difference between us getting promoted or not. He is the main creator or the one who makes things happen! Without him, i can''t see us getting promoted. Thoughts? Sorry if this has already been discussed elsewhere!

This was Palace''s first pre-season defeat, so a great result! My only worry is Hoolahan was again very impressive and Palace might be tempted to put a bid in! We must keep Hoolahan at all costs!

Just because Cureton hasn''t done well here, does not mean he won''t do good elsewhere. I think the pressure just gets to him here. He did good for Barnsley when he went on loan. He still has to be worth 300k-400k.

If we were to offer Bristol city Jamie Cureton plus 400k for Rickie Lambert that would be a good deal all round. I really do think Cureton should move on. Things haven''t gone to plan for him here, so maybe he should try his luck elsewhere.
