  1. They have as much chance of surviving as City - We now payout for more backroom staff than we have players. If we have any further ground developments, maybe our bench could get a second tier
  2. Totally agree - goalscoring midfielders are rare especially within our current squad
  3. He was here two years too long - I still find it unbelieveable that he partnered Simon Charlton in central defence in the premiership season - No wonder we went down - . We would still be there if Malky had stayed instead of him. Has Forbes still got his boots, I miss Dunc - Some guts and thunder which we lack at the moment!!!
  4. Do you mean "play" or "turn up" He is past it. The deal says he is unable to play against us - which is a shame because it would be an advantage for us.  Another bad managerial mistake. How we kept him and lost Malky I will never know
  5. The biggest problem SAFRI has, is being surrounded by a complete bunch of muppets. He is the midfield, when selected. How can he produce the neccesary quality when he has to carry so many other lightweights around him. The boy is class!
  6. Grant said he wants a team that plays with no fear and with the only intention of winning the match! Following the first half of the Crdiff game, his words could not have been further than the truth. We start games by playing like a group of trotting ponies playing quality triangles in acres of space in our own half with no penetration whatsoever. We are gutless and will not have the necessary charactor or fight to take on Tamworth. God help us, we will have to suffer fortage of their goals every year just like the Hereford effort against Newcastle. Unfortunately the local media have for the last couple of years quoted City as having the best squad in the Championship. This is complete rubblish with the only exceptions of Ernie, Crofty and Hucks - the rest are simply not up to the job. The midfield and defence are a joke and when we are reduced to giving Eagle a run out we should realise the depth of trouble we are in. Colney must be in a mess, how McVeigh can go from 15 goals a season to the lighweight he is now is a mystery. What a shame. I still can not excuse Grant for having a go at us for the fans performance against Hull. Ipswich had not scored for four games before playing us and we made them look good. We "Sell out" for four consecutive seasons and it isn''t good enough for him. I would like Grant to explain the difference between us and Colchester. If the team started from the first minute and got a sweat up, we could join in!!!
  7. I  can''t understand how Webb has lasted so long at the club. A total hanger-on. I think the Southern League will to bigger step. He should be looking at running a sunday pub team at Eaton Park . The guy looks like a cardboard cut out on the touchline and soounds like one when interviewed.
