how long would you play hartson for?
Robert Rosario replied to bigbear's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
On yesterdays viewing I''d say the last 20 minutes is long enough. Its a disgrace that he has been here 3 weeks and not got any sort of fitness going. My West Brom supporting mates are wetting themselves laughing at us signing him, and to think that he is earning 20 grand a week at the Hawthorns. Unbelievable. -
chase vs delia
Robert Rosario replied to derehamcanary_fan's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Didnt really expect anything less from you sunshine, utter drivel as per. ''Pure myth'' - my foot! Where you actually around supporting the club when Chase was in charge? Because if he was still here now, well then you would have something to moan about, believe me, now he was a turnip, and made a noise like one. -

I was a huge critic of Chase when he was in charge, letters in the Pink Un and always on phone in''s when he dared to go on Radio Norfolk. Let''s not forget he took the club to the brink of extinction, NCFC was days away from going out of business until Delia came to the rescue. I am sure she would be the first to admit that in recent years she and the rest of the Board have made mistakes, but she does not deserve the unfair criticism that an awful lot of the posters on here give her. I am not saying that she ought to carry on regardless but it would not be right to chase her out of town. No contest Chase 0 Delia 1. -

Cost of season tickets
Robert Rosario replied to yellow blood's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
We went to see Hertha Berlin v Borussia Munchen Gladbach at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin (where the World Cup Final 06 was played) and it cost us 9 euros for a pucker seat with a brilliant view - roughly £6.00 each. Rip off Britain mate! -
Delia seen walking around the pitch with Gary Megson this morning

I''m sure that Worthy has a notebook in which he jots down anybody who scores against us, then when appropriate he gets that book out and signs those players at a later date! You think about it!
-
Surely if Worthy and the Board had any sense they would see that the best thing for all concerned is to come to some financial compensation agreement over sacking Worthy. What Worthy, Delia and the rest have to remember that there is no one individual bigger than the club and that they are merely custodians and should do what is right for the Club in the long run. Worthington should realise that and come to some financial agreement which does not involve a full pay out.
-
Thats it, after travelling to the Wolves game, I am not going to another match until Worthington is sacked. The club is just not worth the time money or effort as we the supporters are being ripped off and cheated by the club.

Huckerby - unacceptable performances
Robert Rosario posted a topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I''m sorry but Darren Huckerby needs to take a long hard look in the mirror and ask himself whether he has really earned his money this season. Apart from a 2 game spell coming back from being dropped (Ipswich & Northampton)he has not performed at all this term. This comes on the back of a spluttering season in the Premier league where he had the perfect opportunity to silence all those doubters who had questioned his premiership pedigree. Instead we get a player who yesterday was just going through the motions, with no pride or passion, and no determination to change things around for his struggling team. As one of the senior players its unacceptable, especially when you consider what Worthy had to do to get him in the side in the first place. There are many areas of the pitch where it is going wrong for us at the moment, but you certainly dont expect one of your senior players with a lot of experience to go missing when the team and the fans need him most. -
Deano has backed Worthy saying the results over the last 2 games have been poor and we are all totally behind the manager and it''s time we looked at ourselves. "It''s all well and good when things are going well but when your backs against the wall you find out who wants it." I''m sorry but the writing been on the wall since way before the last 2 games. Try Fulham away and youre getting close. Worthy has reached his sell by date. Time for Delia for clear out the fridge and go shopping for a new manager!

Where will Greeno ACTUALLY go?
Robert Rosario replied to DumbleDelia is Magic's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Greeno should be dropped. His performances at the moment have all the signs of a player low on confidence, mind you this could be said for a few of the 1st team. Give him a break, a chance to refresh the batteries, take him out of the firing line and hopefully he wont lose too much value on his already depreciating stock. It will give Worthy a chance to try out Darren Ward / Paul Gallacher for next season anyway. It just goes to prove that no matter how good a keeper you are if you play for long enough behind a dodgy defence you''ll eventually sink down to their level. -
Delia's upset a lot of people tonight!
Robert Rosario replied to LinkNR9's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Yep, it was frankly, embarrassing to say the least. You cant knock her for showing passion though, she''s a supporter through and through and is just as frustrated with it as we are. But to try and gee us up like that wasn''t required, especially given what Worthington and the players have said about how good the fans have been all season. It wasn''t warranted. Still love you though Delia! -
Lets face it Roman Abramovich has spoilt it for everyone. His dodgy money has meant that the days of Norwich being able to compete at this level are over. The best we can hope for is to cling onto 17th place, but to be honest I''d rather see them flourishing in Div 1 than see them struggling in the Premiership. Far more enjoyable for everyone.
