norfolkngood 1,174 Posted January 7, 2015 speaking to a member of the coaching team I know from colney when MP was appointed I said he is in for adams job I was told phelan is happy being a coach and doesn''t want to be a manager he told me he doesn''t like all the media interviews etc I find that strange as he used to do a lot of media stuff for man utd when SAF didn''t speak to the bbc ?maybe he is just happy coaching ?? far less pressure ?just passing on what I was told
The Great Drinkell 51 Posted January 7, 2015 I would imagine that a few people did things they didn''t like doing when SAF told them to do it.
Mr Jenkins 0 Posted January 7, 2015 He is at the stage in his career when he can choose what he wants to do, if he enjoys the coaching role then why would he want all the cr@p that goes with being a manager. This is quite a realistic scenario.
