Mr Jenkins 0 Posted July 23, 2014 Two men due in court in Lowestoft over eating goldfishLast updated Wed 23 Jul 2014UKTwo men are due in court today accused of eating two goldfish alive.Jack Blowers, 20, and Joseph Meikle, 20, both from Lowestoft, Suffolk, have been charged over the incident by the RSPCA.They will appear at Lowestoft Magistrates'' Court.Both are accused of failing to protect the goldfish from suffering and injury by swallowing them live, then regurgitating them and failing to provide a suitable environment.The offences are under the Animal Welfare Act.
