Lets be realistic as well guys. There is no way we would be able to attratc Benitez to Norwich and even if we were able to there is no way in hell we would be able to pay his wages.

As for wages if we go for Hughton isn''t the compensation supposed to be about 2 million? Malky is on a 4 year contract so he''ll probably cost a fair bit. Surely if we use to 2 million in extra wages rather than compensation we could afford him.

To be fair to him, if squad rotation wins you the Segunda division, la liga, The UEFA cup, The Spanish cup, the champions league, the FA Cup, The community shield, runners up in the premier league, The club world cup, to a Carling Cup final, and a more than 50% win percentage, the manager could rotate his squad all he likes.

This would be the same Rafa Benitez would it who insisted on personally handling players'' contracts at Liverpool which has left them paying the likes of Glen Johnson a reported £150k a week. Can''t see Mr. McN buying into that one.
