Make the team watch this documentary about Lebron James and his high school team. Was pleasantly surprised at how dedicated they were as youngsters and how a team spirit was more then friends they were brothers who won the games for each other just as much as for themselves. It''s basketball i understand however this documentary is universal for all sports. So inspirational

From experience with my team i can barely get them to pay attention for 20 seconds let alone watch anything!!

i didn''t mention 7 year olds i said youth teams. Maybe try a little older 11 upwards the team has to be dedicated however and want to be the best.

Decided to put off working this morning. This was perfect for my procrastination. Really enjoyed watching it. Thought it was a really insightful documentary showing the dedication needed to succeed.

Glad someone watched it told you it was good, one the best sports documentary''s i have ever seen, helps that most top end high school stuff is televised though i guess.
