Norwich or die tryin! 0 Posted November 23, 2011 Pilkington is exactly what Liverpool don''t need. He''s a cracking player but he''s got no pace and pace is what Liverpool are crying out for. The recent Swansea game being a prime example. As mentioned by a poster earlier, Dyer and Sinclair are the players Liverpool should be after because they actually have pace. Pilkington is very similar to Downing in a way. He wont really offer Liverpool anything they don''t already have. But anyway if they are daft enough to be interested with their record of paying ridiculously over the odds for average British player''s (Henderson 17m lol) we should tell them we want 10m for Pilkington then go get Snodgrass for Leeds for 5m.
